Great Food at Paris Texas Kilkenny

We deliver quality food at affordable prices ensuring its popularity with locals and visitors alike. American Barbeque food is perfect for sharing with friends or a beer and for casual dining. Our smoked meats, often dry-rubbed or marinated result in some of our dishes being both smoky and spicy. Not all our meats are smoked, there is something for everyone!

We are now serving weekend American style brunch!

Why American food?

After many visits to the southern states of Georgia, the Carolinas and Louisiana we were convinced that there was something special in the food that Irish people would love as much as we did. Barbecue food is perfect with beer and perfect for casual dining in a bar – it is fun! Then the French / Cajun influence of New Orleans adds a bit of finesse to the offer – something for everyone.

Is this ‘real’ American food?

To ensure that you get the real American experience we hired an American chef and use all his recipes. We imported the specialist equipment he needed (wood smoker, broiler and char-grill) from Texas. We use all the local suppliers and ingredients that we can but some things must be imported – ghost peppers for our hottest ‘loco caliente’ sauce being a good example.

Is everything smoked and spicy?

A feature of smoked meats is that they are dry-rubbed or marinated first. So some of our dishes are both smokey and spicy but many are not. Some are delicately smoked while others are stronger, like our ribs. But pork loves smoke – try the pulled pork to prove it for yourself!
