Good evening toasted bread with the pate was a bit to hard might need a dentist after it but very tasty.
Was here a few times, loved the Leffe on draught, service each time was good, nice decor.
Our group from Texas had been touring Ireland for a week, and came across Paris Texas Bar and Restaurant near the end of our trip in Kilkenny. We were a little worn out on traditional Irish food and were missing BBQ and TexMex from home, so we thought we would give Paris Tx Bar and Restaurant a try for lunch. Being native Texans our expectations were low, but wow, were we surprised! The BBQ pulled pork was amazing, as well as everything else our group of 8 had that day. Staff was very friendly and the place is just beautiful inside - much nicer than anything you would find in the real Paris, Tx! Wish we had more time in Kilkenny and we would have come back that evening to the pub as it looked outstanding as well.Will definitely be back next time through. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a taste of authentic US southwestern cuisine - they do it right.

I have visited this place a few times now. Each time the service is good and the atmosphere.The food is also very tasty.Looks small from the outside but it just keeps going on the inside.Great place to visit.

On a coach trip called in for a drink ,friendly staff ,clean toilets nice Irish type of pub that was recommended to us by a lady in a souvenir shop round the corner, did not disappoint .
Amazing restaurant and bar setting with good old America vibes with and Irish dab to top it off. Great food look! Keep your belly empty when going here.
Just returned from eating here. I have never seen such friendly, smily and all young staff. Have to give a special mention to our server jack who made us feel so welcome. I will definitely visit again the next time I come to kilkenny.
No booking, a group of 8 looked after immediately, service top class, all young staff probably students, all really nice. 👍

The chips/fries weren't too nice the day we went but everything else was excellent, especiallythe service. You must try their homemade lemonade!

The Lamb Burger was legitimately the best burger I've had in years. Absolutely amazing.The chef is a genius.
We had food earlier and brought our toddler with us.They couldn’t have been more accommodating . We were served by a lovely woman who had short hair and glasses. So so kind ..We will definitely be back.The food was absolutely amazing ..Best ribs ever !!!

Wir hatten Hunger und sind durch Zufall in dem Lokal gelandet. Unglaublich lecker, große Auswahl, super Service und faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren sogar überrascht, wie günstig s war, obwohl es nur wenige Minuten vom Schloss entfernt liegt. Ein super Tip, wenn man unkompliziert sehr gut essen möchte.
Très grand Pub situé dans le centre de Kilkenny. Beaucoup de choix à la carte. Accueil chaleureux et service plutôt rapide. Notre serveur était très dynamique. Les plats étaient bons et très copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. A faire

Highlight of trip to Kilkenny. Food was so tasty, reasonably priced, really good options in the food and drink menu. I got the BBQ chicken burger with fries, it was unreal!

You MUST come here!!! It's amazing! And if you are a smoker a surprise awaits!!!!! And if you aren't, no worries, there's plenty of room for you too. Away from us evil smokers 🤣🤣🤣this place made my day seriously, 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 thanks! 💯
Excellent food and really classy interiors
Quite a great place to enjoy Texan food. So flavourful I drank a regular coke and thought it was plain. A little pricey but the waiters were so nice when looking after me and my sister when having our food. We didn’t book a reservation, and we were seated no problem 😌
